Huang Junxiong David, our newly appointed Master District Director, also a 3-time AIA
President Club qualifier, is the first person in Singapore, and possibly
in Asia, who has started the “AIA Gift of Love” Project (an AIA baby
insurance protection plan made complimentary and available only for
new-born babies). This initiative has not only allowed him to secure
tie-ups and partnerships with seven private hospitals and medical
companies since 2002 but also created a sales lead generation system to
support his team of financial consultants in prospecting new clients.
Through
his multiple lead generation projects and successful business strategies
which mainly focus on Accident and Health productions, Jake is able to
groom 16 of his consultants to achieve the Million Dollar Round Table
status, and one of whom has attained the Court of the Table honour in
2020.
Ranked one of the Top 10 districts in AIA, the 18-time
Pinnacle leader takes pride that more than 21 of his consultants had
earned an annual income between $100,000 to $500,000 last year. Jake is
grateful for his team’s selfless contributions, friendship, and constant
encouragements among colleagues to work hard, play hard and achieve
success together.
